4. Legal Basis for Data Processing & Voluntary Submission Notice

8. Retention Period of Personal Information

  1. EdgeOne access logs & website browsing records: Automatically cleared after 7 days;
  2. Enquiry messages & showroom reservation data: Retained for 3 years after business communication concludes, auto-deleted upon expiry;
  3. Dealer/designer account data: Stored during cooperation term; retained for 5 years post-termination per commercial law;
  4. Tax & legal archives: Long-term storage per national statutory file retention standards;
  5. Marketing consent records: Stored until you withdraw consent, maximum 5 years;
